About Us

Tyrrelstown Montessori & After School was established in September 2012 as a response to the high demands for quality childcare services in the growing community. 

Children in our service are supported by our highly experienced and educated team to have a positive outlook on learning and life.  The environment is considered as the “Third Teacher” providing learning experiences that encourage children to express their own feelings and ideas, to develop problem solving skills, and enhance their self-confidence, enabling them to become confident and competent learners.  We view children as unique individuals that bring happiness and joy into our lives each day and encourage them to become active partners in their own learning and development. 

We believe that working in partnership with parents is paramount to ensuring that children’s individual needs and interests are being met.  The children are at the centre of everything we do and we would move mountains to help them to reach their full potential.
